Environments - PayPaga V2 API

The PayPaga platform has two segregated environments, Sandbox and Production.

The Sandbox environment enables integrators to develop and test within a controlled environment without affecting Production data or interacting with live payment networks before going live.
The status of Transactions in the Sandbox environment can be modified in the applicable transactions list page using the menu in the "Actions" column.

Support
Support queries should include as much information as possible to expedite resolution. Environment, Date/Time, Detailed description of the issue, PayPaga Account / Transaction Identifiers and Request/Response payloads (credentials removed) especially for integration support queries.

Important
Remember to configure your Production transaction status notifications before processing transactions. Notifications for transactions processed without status notifications configured are unable to have notifications resent.
